HOE LANG DUURT HET  HELE PROCES VAN BESTELLEN TOT VERZENDEN?

Een orderbevestiging met de lijst van de aangekochte producten wordt naar uw e-mail adres gestuurd zodra u de bestelling heeft geplaatst.

Zodra wij de betaling hebben ontvangen verpakken en versturen wij uw bestelling.Dit duurt meestal 2 tot 5 werkdagen. De levertijd is afhankelijk van de efficiëntie van de bezorger de douaneafhandelingenz., hierdoor kunnen we uw alleen een indicatie geven op basis van onze ervaring.

Meestal duren verzendingen naar de VS(waar de meeste van onze klanten wonen)7 tot 15 werkdagen.

HOE WORDEN DE PRODUCTEN GELEVERD?

After successful payment, your order will be shipped and you will receive a track and trace code within 2 = 5 working days.

We use EMS (USPS).

HOW IS BULK SHIPPED?

If the order is too large for our normal packages, we divide it into the number of packages required and the shipping costs remain the same.
We do this to be able to ship everything as discreetly as possible.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

Estimated delivery time is 5-17 business days, depending on the destination.
5-12 business days to United States, Canada, Europe and Asia.
8-17 days to South Africa

DO I HAVE TO SIGN ON RECEIPT AND WHY?

Yes, you must sign for receipt of your package. We do this to prevent fraud. For example, customers cannot say that they have not received their products when they have.

FROM WHERE ARE THE PRODUCTS SHIPPED?

Shipping is done from India, Singapore, Thailand and the European Union. The name of our organization is not mentioned on the package and we use various mail order companies to ship as discreetly as possible, so the chance that your package will be intercepted is minimal.

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU DELIVER?

We ship worldwide.

What if the package is seized by customs?

The average number of packages that are not intercepted is 99%.
If your package is intercepted, the package will be sent again or you will receive new credit to spend in our store.
If this is the case, email us the message from the delivery person that your package has been stopped.

The sender’s website says that track & trace is not possible.

The track & trace code only works after 72 hours because, the package goes to the warehouse where it is waiting to go through customs. If tracking code is not activated after 3 working days, please contact us and we will investigate the matter.

MY PACKAGE STATUS REMAINS THE SAME

This usually happens when a package is waiting to go through customs. If the status is still unchanged after 10 working days, please contact us.

Also pass packets by using EXPORT from a custom control. If we ship parcels to the same address, every 1-2 weeks can be seized on export inspection.
